[Known]POT siege - Cannot enter siege

    1. Title: Tried to join siege of POT. No way to enter the siege
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100% (Entered and exited town multiple times)
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Area: Novia (Novia) Loc: (216.0, 20.2, -98.8) Town shows on overland that it is under siege. I attempted to enter the town. I went directly to the town. I cannot find a way to participate in the siege
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Find a POT that is under siege, attempt to enter.
