[Known] POT vendors Buy/Sell interface doesn't open

    In player owned town can talk to NPC vendors but the pop up to buy/sell items does not open. Going to a regular town to try there.

    Went over to Yew and was able to sell to a vendor there just fine (Innkeeper). Don't know if its a permission issue. The dialog showed up and I could click on [store] and they would give the appropriate response but the interface just never opened. Worked fine yesterday pre patch.

    Same issue here. I can't get any of the NPC vendors in Lux Sanctuary to open the gump interface either.

    It reminds of the original bug with scheduled vendors in Soltown.

    Details: Unable to open trade window with NPC on POT. Tried logging out and in again after turning of close up mode. Made no difference.
    Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to trade with NPC on POT.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16329
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN GPU RAM: 6106
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.497.Date.10.27.16
    Area: POT_island_metropolis_01_template/Isle of Ghosts
    Area Display Name: Isle of Ghosts
    Loc: (299.3, 72.0, -496.2)

    I can also confirm the buy/sell interface won't appear in Breaker's Landing or Liberty, but it worked for me in NPC towns such as Central Brittany and Owl's Head.
