[Known]Potion of unlearning

Potion of unlearning unusable.
I can't drop on my bar, or double click, or right click.

This is a known issue! Kind of! The item is used more like an ingredient or reagent than like a potion. If you right click on a skill you want to unlearn, it will use one of those items if you have one.

It used to be the Book of Unlearning, but we thought it didn't make sense since it couldn't be used like a book. So it became a Potion or Unlearning, which shifted the problem, but continues to confuse as it doesn't operate like the existing Potions System.

We're already looking at ways to resolve this and make it something that makes more sense going forward.
