[Known]Precasting Elysian Illumination or Cleansing Rain then running into spawn Not Damaging Undead

    1. Title: Precasting Elysian Illumination or Cleansing Rain then running into spawn Not Damaging Undead
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No?
    4. Details: When I cast Elysian Illumination or Cleansing Rain then run into mob they do not get damaged by either spells though they are active . Only works when you cast Elysian Illumination or Cleansing Rain while the mobs are VERY close to avatar. If the mob dies and spells are still active running into next mob will make the spells not damage undead.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Stay out of Mob Aggro. Cast Elysian Illumination and/or Cleansing Rain. Then run into mob. They will not get the damage icons from those spells.
    6. User Specs: AMD 8150, 16 GB Ram, RX 580 8GB, Win10
