[Known]"Private Property" tooltip for runic named items is in runic

    Details:
    When an item has a runic name (presumably done with a flag to change fonts), the new Private Property tooltip text will also appear in runic. Whether this is a good thing is open to debate.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    Hover cursor/reticle over a book/paper with a runic name.
