    Title: Public Garden eating all my seeds but not planting

    Details: Public Garden eating all my seeds but not planting. Used single and it looked like it works but not planted. Tried to use the Agriculture and it ate even more seeds.
    Steps to Reproduce:use public garden. Tried the outside of green house ones.

    @Xee, to my knowledge public gardens do not work yet. they're not bugged, they're actually not done. this should probably be in the known issues list.
