[Known] PVP flag doesnt disappear

    1. Title: PVP flag doesnt disappear
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details: When I remove the PVP flag at the oracle, it says in the chat window, "You are no longer flagged for open PvP", but it still says [PVP] by my name. Reloading or zoning fixes this
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Flag and unflag at the oracle and watch the chat and the pvp flag by your name
    6. User Specs: Windows 10

    This is gonna be patched shortly. We got in a fix for this previously, just need a new build to get it out with. :)
    A similar thing is happening with in-game titles, as well. Thanks for checking in with us. It's a good catch.
