[Known] QA Launcher command line arguments also affect production Launcher

    Arguments put into the QA launcher show up in the production launcher, and may cause unplanned side-effects. Specifically, I was using

    -force-metal -screen-width 1920 -screen-height 1080

    on QA at the recommend of @Undone and those now appear in the R49 launcher without any act on my part. (Note this means the 'aha' I had in the now-disappeared QA thread may be bogus, since the same params were being used on both R49 QA and R48 production versions.)

    QA should not be side-effecting production game.

    We found a bug in our options menu code that filtered out refresh rates under 30hz; apparently some monitors on OSX report to Unity that their supported resolutions are 0hz causing them to be left out of the menu! @wizardsmoke is putting in a patch now that should hit in 1 or 2 live patches.

    @Undone Crossing fingers that that does it! Please also note the bug reported in the OP title, that could really cause some confusion for those who play in QA!
