Steps to Reproduce:
New character, Love Path,
only did the Edvard>Stanley>Cugel quests, nothing else.
Checked in with oracle in Ardoris - Path of Truth was "not acted in a significant way" etc.
Went to Simone von Eglinger. She says to help yourself to any books left. See dialog:

She also explains why the bookshop doesn't have any books - but she does have the one about weapons left since last easter.
(Which is a big bummer since it is another reason why Ardoris have too few services - no working book shop)

Went upstairs, and found a lot of books.


So I was careful not to touch anything else, no containers, no deco items, nothing but books.
Helped myself to the books.


and now I'm unpopular with the Oracle, and seemingly hold Truth "in disdain"


So a clear case of Entrapment if I ever saw one...
