[Known] QA453 - Soltown - can't target dagger in rack

    Steps to Reproduce:
    Area: Soltown (Novia_R1_City_Soltown) Loc: (-29.6, 27.1, 5.0)
    The rack placed at the location is too far into the wooden structure behind it.
    Thus one can get to the spear and the axe but the dagger. You can't even angle in from behind or anything.
    So just placing the rack a bit away from the wooden structure would solve this.
