[Known] Quest sparkle always in center of minimap on overworld

    Title: Quest sparkle always in center of minimap on overworld
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: When I load into the overworld I have a persistence quest sparkle in the center of my minimap. It stays there regardless of where I move or turn.
    Steps to Reproduce: Not sure. Just zone to the overworld.

    I just opened a bug for this. So far it seems to be those on Windows 10. Is anyone not on 10 that *is* seeing this? # is 53756.
