Details:

When entering Novia (caveat, from Hidden Vale for this test) there are quest indication "sparkles" in the dead center of the compass no matter what direction the avatar looks. This lasts for about 10 second.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Take boat from Kingsport / Hidden Vale to Novia
2) Observe the compass for quest indicators, there will be a cluster of them right in front of the avatar in the direction its facing.
3) Move the avatar to look in different directions.
4) Observe that the sparkles are always in the center, although there may be other quest indicators working correctly on the compass.
5) Wait a duration of time (5-10 seconds)
6) Observe: The "fixed point" quest indicator sparkles disappear.
7) See screenshots below. Observe that no matter what direction the avatar faces, there are quest indicator sparkles in the center of the compass.
