[ Known]Rabbit tailed skirt lost option for primary and secondary color

    Title: Rabbit tailed skirt lost option for primary and secondary color
    Reproduction Rate: every time
    Blocker? -
    Details: on live server my rabbit tailed skirt has "magical white glowing" paint as primary color. When logging to QA the skirt is back to gray and shows no option for colors in the tooltip info.
    Steps to Reproduce: hover over skirt details when equipped
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4) System RAM: 16350
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8145
