    4. Details: THANK YOU! No more leaks inside, However, It still rain under my balcony.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: 1: Wait for rain. This dosn't take long seems like its always raining in Radio City. 2: Step outside but stay under balcony. 3: Look up. You will see rain splatter and drops coming through balcony.
