rain SFX is mute while standing next to a Large Fountain and it is raining in POT Iron Gate

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Wait for rain
2) Go to stand next to a Large Fountain
Expected:
you should hear rain SFX at the same time while hearing water SFX of the Fountain
Result:
you hear only water SFX of the Fountain while it is raining

More Details:
I don't hear Rain SFX while I am standing under the 'Air Balloon' which is next to the Large Fountain.
