[Known] Random Encounter Room 2 Not Accessible from Stairs Down Piece

    Title: Random Encounter Room 2 Not Accessible from Stairs Down Piece
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: Cannot access Random Encounter Room 2 if entered from a stairs piece going down. Up piece connects fine. You are too tall to enter from above, going down the down piece.
    Steps to Reproduce: Place stairs down as the entrance piece to the Random Encounter Room #2.
