[Known] Ranged: Longbow animations out of sync with arrows fired

    Details: While firing arrows from longbows, noticed arrows are actually being fired from the beginning of the animation, and not when the bowstring is being released. This is true for auto attack and triggered skills. This does not impact combat in any noticeable way, and relogging did not change the situation.
    Steps to Reproduce: equip a longbow, take aim and fire.

    Bug entered. SOTA-62113.

    There's some timing data that's being ignored.

    It's related to if you have free attack enabled or not. There is an underlying bug we are fixing but timing works correctly in one mode but not the other.
