[Known]Rapid fire broke (in a different way now)

    Title: Rapid fire broke (in a different way now)
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? n
    Details:
    Rapid fire seems to only have a chance to crit on the first arrow, after that it never crits again for me. Can you also check dmg calc? seems a bit off.
    Steps to Reproduce: Shoot things with Rapid fire
