[Known]Reindeer surfing (pet dysnc/ghosting)

    1. Title: Pet desync
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100% for other person (I do not see it)
    3. Blocker? No.
    4. Details: We have a twin spires with a white reindeer outside. It seems to follow me (lot owner) inside at certain points. @Lady Adnor took all the screen shots.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Walk around house, surfing reindeer.
    6. User Specs: Nvidia video cards

    I had logged out, Addy moved the White Reindeer to another spot. I logged back in and it found me where I logged in at.
