    Details: Place beer cask and the ext. deco limit increase by 1. Put the beer cask back into the inventory and the ext. deco limit stay the same.
    Steps to Reproduce: Place and remove the beer cask on the external of the row house.

    Reloading the scene will update the deco count for casks, but this is indeed a bug. Submitted #60587.
