[Known] Required Level for recipe - level required not consistent

    Title: Required Level for recipe - level still not consistent
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: The info window when hover over recipe says i need tailoring skill level 90, but if i click on recipe, the chat window says i need level 44 (see pic).
    Steps to Reproduce: see above

    OS: Windows 7 (6.1.7600) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 32704
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8088

    I just tried to read a recipe that requires level 100, and my current level is 90. It said I needed level 90. It is possible that it is printing the player skill level instead of the recipe skill level.

    EDIT: confirmed, I went to a +5 table and it said the "required level" was 95
