[Known] Resistances are broken

    1x stack Fire Arrow (106) on Lich Mage in the Rise

    1x stack ring of fire (106) on the Rise Lich Mage

    makes no sense that my ring of fire does less damage than a fire arrow

    Title: When resistances are high, they break ring of fire
    Reproduction Rate: 15/15 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: see pics, tested on Lich Mage in the Rise which has a very high fire resistance. Fire Arrow is WAY weaker than my Ring of Fire yet does 7x more damage.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. log in
    2. unlock and train fire arrow and ring of fire to ~100
    3. travel to the Rise Lich Mage room
    4. cast fire arrow and ring of fire on Lich mage and mouse over the DoTs
