[Known]Ressurrection UI doesn't disappear if second person casts while rezzing

    Title: Ressurrection UI doesn't disappear if second person casts while rezzing
    Reproduction Rate:Once
    Blocker?No
    Details:If a second person casts rez after the player has already accepted, the UI for "Accept Rez" will pop up, but not disappear when the player comes to life. So it's sitting there while you are alive.
    Steps to Reproduce:Die, accept rez, have second person cast rez on you while you are coming back to life.
