[Known] Ring of Cuttlekin makes jumping look like double jumping when seen from other player

    Title: Ring of Cuttlekin makes jumping look like double jumping when seen from other player
    Reproduction Rate:100% on my computer
    Blocker?No
    Details:When viewing my friend jumping while using the ring, it makes it look like he's doing a double jump from my screen. According to him it looks smooth on his, thus I assume that it is not intended for it to look like this to me.

    It has been a few days of watching it like this every time.
    Steps to Reproduce:Watch your friend jump while using the Ring of Cuttlkin.
