Title: Ring of fire placement asset?

Details: cast ring of fire... the placement is like some grey circle with a red border. Intentional? If going away from fancy overlay... just stick w/ red circle.

Edit to add... same for other area effect placement (like ice field)

Also able to repro except I have no graphical ring at all.

 

I was able to reproduce it, but the problem occurred with meteor storm, ring of fire, and blink. The target circles didn't come up at all.

 

Thanks for the report! There are a variety of similar rendering issues, adding these all to one JIRA to track for now because the cause is likely the same for all, some issue with upgrading from Unity 2018.2 to Unity 2018.3 - Issue 63682
