[Known]Riposte not working as stated on the tool tip.

    Title: Riposte not working as stated on the tool tip.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? For Riposte, yes.
    Details: I've included screenshots to help (below).
    The tool-tip for Riposte shows as below in R41.

    Also in R41, the Riposte defense buff shows under my health bar, as below:

    In R42 QA, the tooltip does still show the "Attack that increases damage resistance for next hit",
    But the amount of resist and the time is missing from that tool-tip, as below:

    AND, at no time in QA does it show a buff icon under my healthbar.

    Steps to Reproduce: Use it
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 950 @ 3.07GHz (8) System RAM: 12286
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4059
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.503.Date.05.19.17
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_01a_template/Falling Waters Fortress
    Area Display Name: Falling Waters Fortress
    Loc: (350.4, 37.0, 298.8)

    Expected change in functionality to make it a counter-attack type skill. The description hasn't been properly updated yet. Thanks for reporting.
