[Known]Roll for loot can't be moved when Auto Roll selected

    Title: Roll for loot can't be moved when auto-roll selected
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Roll for loot can't be moved when Auto Roll selected. It hides buff bar and cannot be relocated. Have to unselect Auto Roll for Loot, log out and back in to be able to move, then you can turn back on.
    Steps to Reproduce: select Auto Roll for Loot, exit to menu or game, log back in,

    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7820HK CPU @ 2.90GHz (8) System RAM: 16323
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8081

    Suggestion: Move default location to underneath compass or to immediate right of name. I always end up moving it underneath compass anyway. Doesn't make sense for it to be on top of name.

    FYI the window is indeed movable; you just have to grab a piece of the window without an item in it (which can be tricky). However, we will move the default position though so this won't be an issue in the future. Thanks for the report!
