    The Sacred Orb of Obliteration is not placeable as deco. (The Royal Orb is placeable as deco, for example).

    Hutch / Starr mentioned in the telethon that this is an oversight - so just wanted this jira'ed and tracked. Thanks!

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Attempt to place the Sacred Orb of Obliteration as deco - unable to do so.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3930K CPU @ 3.20GHz (12) System RAM: 32686
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4059
