Details: The name is confusing, the Bacon recipe asks for pork sausage links, which is made from the salt cured pork.
Steps to Reproduce: The recipe title says Salt Cured Pork - makes Pork Sausage Links for the Bacon recipe.

Bacon from sausages? Usally bacon is made from cold smoked salted meat.
The bacon recipes should use Salt Cured Pork instead of three sausages

Currently the Salt Cured Pork gives 1 portion of 3 sausages (one Pork Sausages Link) made from 2 pork meat and 4 cured salt.
I think it should give either 3 portions of Pork Sausages or 2 portions of Salt Cured Pork, because of the 2 meat used. While the bacon recipes needs 2 Salt Cured Pork to have its 2 portions.

Additionaly i think it would be good if one can "craft" Salt Cured Meat with any meat and fillets on the butchery table. By using 1x meat/fillet and 2x curing salt.
On the cooking table one can use 1x chunk of coal and 1x salt cured meat to get 1x smoked meat. That gives +1.0 health and +1.0 focus (combat: +0.3 each) for 15 minutes.
This should be simple to discover recipes.
Salt Cured Meat (pork in this case) can also used in cooking recipes like Bacon.


Also Crackling & Oil and Turkey meat are unused as far as i now.

Details: Ideally, the Salt Cured Pork recipe should yield Salt Cured Pork as the component and the Bacon recipe should call for Salt Cured Pork as an ingredient. If that is not to be, then please at least change the label on the Salt Cured Pork recipe to match what it will yield: Pork Sausage Links.

Regarding Crackling and Oil, why do we still have this? It is not possible to get the command to Use it, it has no buff benefit, and I can't even place it on the table to decorate with it. No recipe calls for it as an ingredient. But players can buy the recipe and waste the resources to craft it before they discover it has no purpose.

 

Crackling & Oil is the only recipe that uses fat.

 

At one point, they agreed to give us a recipe that uses fat to make cooking oil.
