[Known]Salvage bug

When i try to salvage any item ( i try with rusty item dropped from skeleton) the salvage progress bar grow to 100% and then all is blocked. I can move the interface and write on chat but i can't close the crafting UI. I need to logout and relog to unlock rhe game again. i post a screenshoot.
In Debug console no warning or error.

the reprodation rate is 100%
OS: Windows 10
Release: 41 but also in 40

 

is it only blacksmithing? I have been salvaging wooden "crap" all morning

 

I don't try other skill. Onli blacksmithing. I will try this evening... i wil try to destroy or sell all my metal scrap to and try again. I don't know if my scrap pile is bugged and block the salvage process

 

well if you put it in the bank you'd rule that out

 

also with scrap pile on bank and with a new smith hammer i can't salvage anything. i'm stuck with 100% work progression bar and i can't close the UI. on relog the hammer durability is scaled ( from 100/100 to 99/100) and i found a scrap in my bag but any of my rusty item is consumed and my smith skill donìt get any exp.

Pls can some Game Master help me?
