[Known]Salvage Item recipe doesnt select books

    Title: Salvage Item recipe doesn't select books
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Selecting "Salvage Item" tailoring recipe with salvageable book in inventory gives the error message about not have the needed ingredients for the recipe.
    Steps to Reproduce: Put book in inventory and double click the Salvage Item recipe.
    User Specs:
