[Known] Salvaged "Assassin's Spear Head" from crafted Copper Trident

    Details: So, when salvaging some copper tridents I made, I salvaged "Assassin's Spear Head" from a few of them (see picture below). These are not usable as a spear head or any carpentry recipe
