[Known] Sawblade Sweep combo not targeting in radius

Title: Sawblade Sweep combo not targeting in radius

Details:
The Sawblade Sweep combo (Whirling Blades + Rend) is supposed to be target in a radius all around you, with a range of 4.

In actual use, this doesn't seem to be happening. The majority of the time, even with a mob right in front of you, it says "You used Sawblade Sweep and hit nothing!" This is with green mobs that I can reliably hit with other blade skills (e.g. Whirling Blades, Rend).

Whereas Whirling Blades reliably hits targets in the specified radius and range.

Would like to see the targeting for Sawblade Sweep reviewed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create Sawblade Sweep combo (Whirling Blades + Rend)
2) Attack target with Sawblade Sweep combo, inside the range/radius of 4
3) Observe targets not being hit with Sawblade Sweep combo
