[Known] Scroll of Teleport visual effect visible in invisibility

    1. Title: Scroll of Teleport visual effect visible in invisibility
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details: Scroll of Teleport visual effect can be seen after invisibility have been casted.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Cast any invisibility spell as Vanish/Shadow Form/Silent Movement/Cocoon of Night. Start to cast Scroll of Teleport while invisible. Scroll of Teleport blue visual effect can be seen even if you are invisible.
    6. User Specs:
      OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
      GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670
      SotA.QA.Win.64.664.Date.04.19.18
