Rift's End sports two oracles, one near the bank located here:
Area: Rift's End (POT_island_metropolis_01_template/Rift's End) Loc: (221.8, 89.2, -89.3)
This Oracle is completely unresponsive in dialog and responds to nothing, you can only end the conversation, entirely one sided since she just stares creepily at you while you pepper her with requests for protection or about virtues, by hitting the escape key.

And one located near the Blackgate Dojo here:
Area: Rift's End (POT_island_metropolis_01_template/Rift's End) Loc: (16.7, 93.2, 200.9)
This Oracle is operating normally, let's you flag and unflag, responds to conversations and everything.


5 Steps to Reproduce:
Visit Rift's End, visit the above locations, one Oracle is totally mute, the other functions correctly.
