Blocker? Yes, because I do music.
Details: If you place a valid sheet music item onto the ground of a lot then only those who have permissions on the lot can play the sheet music, instead of everyone like a book or piece of paper. Also, and I think it's related, you are unable to right-click on the sheet music while it's on the ground to set permissions. The only way to set the permissions of this particular item is to tweak your default permission settings before-hand. The mouse cursor lights up green like it's interactive, but nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce: put sheet music on the ground and try to play it with a different character
