[Known] Shield of Crystal & Torpor - no attunement bonus when it is increased

    Details: I am using a +10 earth attunement ring and do not see any changes when I take it on or off for Shield of Crystal and Torpor.
    Steps to Reproduce: Increase or decrease attunement with a ring that has + earth attunement to see if the skills are changed with earth attunement.
    The other skills in the tree like Stone Fist, Stone Arrow are changing when I equip or take off the ring.

    If I am not mistaken Torpor does not get any benefit from specialization either. Earth is the forgotten runt of the magic family :(

    I'm fairly certain this is going to come back as 'not a bug' but I've submitted. Also pretty sure it's not an earth thing but a shield thing :)

    Shield of crystal and torpor don't have any benefit from attunement, like every other shield in game. It's always been like that.
