[Known]Shield of the Wicked King Dealing CF Damage on Non Combat Buffs

    Shield of the Wicked King is dealing chaotic feedback damage on buffs cast from the non combat bar, initiating combat stance and causing me to have to sheath weaps again to continue non combat buffs.
