[Known] Shiny watered plant bed is not shiny anymore

    1. Reproduction Rate:100% it seems
    2. Blocker?No
    3. Details: When watered, the planting bed now have some dark color texture around the plant instead of the traditional wet effect.
    4. Steps to Reproduce:plant something, and water it

    is this issue still occurring? We're not seeing the dramatic dark splotches in latest.
