[Known]Siege overland animation SFX not tied to Volume control

    Title: Siege overland animation SFX not tied to Volume control
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: those sounds are playing even if all volumes are set to 0
    Steps to Reproduce: Put all volume in audio option menu to 0 and go near a Siege animation on Overworld map

    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5700HQ CPU @ 2.70GHz (8) System RAM: 12200
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M GPU RAM: 3040
