[Known] Siranto and Khasi are pretty quiet the first time around...

    Title: Siranto and Khasi are pretty quiet the first time around...
    Reproduction Rate: assumed 100%? Can't perform action again without another character or reset of current one
    Blocker? No
    Details: First time conversing with Siranto and/or Khasi after killing Min Liang Tan awards experience, but with no indication of why, and no conversation is opened. Second time gives conversation text, but does not open direct conversation window. (See screen shot)

    Steps to Reproduce: Talk to Siranto or Khasi after killing Min Liang Tan.
