[Known]Skill up sound is max sound despite setting

    details: i know there were some known issues about sounds, but the notes says supposed to be fix and to report so

    steps
    skill ups do not honour my sound settings and are rediculously low, despite master volume being low, and most other things turned off!

    IMHO the first slider should effect all the others, so if your master volume is 0, then sound is off, irrelevant of the others, they are then a proportion of the master.. so in my case I should have quiet but only sfx ..
