[Known] Smelling salts don't break mesmerize...

    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? If you get mez'd and can't do anything, yes.
    Details: To test and see if smelling salts worked, had @Andartianna mesmerize me with a 5-stack of dazzling ray which mez'd me for 50+ seconds. Used a smelling salt to clear the mesmerize effect but it did nothing.
    Steps to Reproduce: Get mez'd, use a smelling salt.
