Details: Wall torches that have been previously place appear normal with flame and bit of smoke. Nearly placed ones have no visible flame and an ugly obtrusive smoke effect. Tried in both house and basement with same result. See image for normal torch (right) and bogus torch (left).
Steps to Reproduce: Get a crafted wall torch and place it

ETA: Moving an existing torch has the same effect. Now they are both ugly.

You can observe at /loc above. Two torches on wall are now both bogus, but on other walls (undisturbed) have normal FX.

 

This is related to a bug that one of our devs is already working on - it can happen with a wide variety of items like braziers.
