[Known] Sneak attack specialization(mesmerize) and Sap spectialization(Dex debuff) Not working

    The sneak attack specialization mesmerize effect has yet to work for me

    The Sap dex debbuf effect applies, but the dex debuff ammount is +0

    From what I have heard poisons effect to give a chance not to consume the potion also doesnt work.

    @Lexie THANKS! \o/ i can also confirm kpopgurls comment about poison "lower ammo cost" thing from specialization has never worked for me yet
