Title: Solace Bridge Outskirts Water

Details: The water in Solace bridge near the entrance looks too clear. The wave animation is also incredibly slow. I thought it wasn't moving at first, which was going to be this report, then I saw a little movement.
Steps to Reproduce: Enter Solace Bridge Outskirts at the primary entrance and observe the small body of water there.

yes. no water color, no movement, no fish, no plants. it looks dead. possibly deadly. from a distance it's more like a crater.

 

Yeah. It could be the sun moving which gives the illusion of the water moving.
