[Known] Soltown Abigail hand still glowing (Quest indicator) but done all the quest with her

    Details: Abigail in Soltown refugee camp hand is glowing like I still had quest to do with her but, first, she does not show up on the compass and second I have done all her quests. Will try to do Nyssa quest and see if it clears it up, I still have a quest with Nissa.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to Soltown and look at Abigail
