    Title: Soltown Catacombs: Orator won't open a trade window for quest items - also hard to open dialog
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: The orator won't open trade window for quest items after you have both in your possession. He will also often (but not always) close the dialog window after speaking his '"We are very busy, at the moment... " line.
    Steps to Reproduce: Obtain the red phylactery and the blue gem container - speak w/ the Orator.
