[Known] Soltown: Grave Robber Quest from Jeanne - illogical plots...

Details/Steps to Reproduce:
[Started with a new Character - quest wasn't done before]
1. Having received the quest from Jeanne. Killed the Robber some weeks before. Today I went to the graveyard, not remembering I did. So I defeated him (again) and received (again) the silver neclace. This shouldn't be possible. I got it twice. Normally the information is given, we can't take the same quest item a second time (like the monkey item from Gus in Blood River Outskirts) ...

2. The call for help to the good people of Soltown is written on a letter from Jeanne. It is fastened to a tree (location below). So far this is good, because if someone found the neclace without having the quest, (s)he knows, where to find the questgiver. But: The title of the letter says: "A letter found on a grave robber".
Better would be: "A cry for help from Jeanne" or something like that.
It makes no sense, this letter fastened to a tree has the information "found on a grave robber" ...
(I think it was titeled this way, because it is also found the grave robber ...)

3. After I did the quest I can fight him again, again receiving the letter and the silver neclace quest item ...

4. Jeanne was described as an old woman. Well, she doesn't look old. Young Emily (fiance of dead Quincy) seems older than she ...
