[Known]some weapons not placeable in vertical position

as the title suggests, the War Hammer, when hitting "R" and standing it up, becomes non-placeable at any location.
I don't know if this is a bug or if it's just Really finicky... but there it is...

here is a shot to show:


I can now confirm the meteoric iron vile mace is also not placeable in the standing/vertical position
